Alif Performance Dealer Agreement Policy

This Dealer Agreement outlines the terms under which shops, retail stores, and online businesses (“Dealer”) can purchase products from Alif Performance at discounted rates and be recognized as an authorized dealer.

1. Eligibility & Requirements

To become an Alif Performance dealer, applicants must:

  • Operate a legitimate physical shop, retail store, or online business.

  • Provide a valid business license or commercial registration.

  • Submit a clear photo of the shop/storefront or, for online businesses, proof of e-commerce operations.

  • Provide company registration details.

  • Provide the full name, email, and phone number of the primary contact person.

  • No minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required.

2. Dealer Benefits

  • Access to exclusive dealer pricing on all listed products.

  • Early updates on new products, promotions, and restocks.

  • Authorization to use the “Authorized Alif Performance Dealer” title in marketing.

3. Pricing & Discounts

  • Discounts apply to products listed on the official Alif Performance website or catalog.

  • Discount percentages may vary depending on the product category.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website, email, or assigned sales representative.

  • Payment must be made in full before shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping

  • Dealers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

  • Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed.

6. Returns & Warranty

  • Warranty terms apply as per our standard warranty policy.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification are not covered.

  • Returns for non-defective products must be approved and may be subject to restocking fees.

7. Dealer Responsibilities

  • Promote Alif Performance products professionally and accurately.

  • Avoid selling counterfeit or imitation products that compete unfairly with Alif Performance.

  • Maintain a positive brand image for both the dealer and Alif Performance.

8. Termination

  • Alif Performance reserves the right to terminate dealer status for violation of this agreement or for actions damaging to the brand’s reputation.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting the dealer application and placing orders at dealer pricing, the business acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Dealer Agreement.
